Regular Store Hours
Our regular store hours are:
- 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.(Pacific Standard Time), Tuesday — Friday
- 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m on Saturday.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, no C.O.D.’s.
Net-30 terms are available on approved credit, call (818) 765-5800 Ext. 313.
We do not accept checks or money orders for orders placed over the Internet. To pay by check or money order please call 1-800-WAX-STOR (929-7867).
Prices and Availability
Because candle wax is a petroleum byproduct prices may change without notice according to oil market trends. This is not a Wholesale price listing. However most General Wax items do offer wholesale pricing when purchased in 5 case quantities (The 5 cases must be of the same product part number. Colors may be mixed.). There is a $2.00 repack fee per case on all glass items.
Due to consumer demand or vendor supplies, product may not always be available for immediate shipping.
